Anna, Rachel, and Fiona are exceptional. With their deep local knowledge and expertise in handling vendors, our three day event spanning two locations (Sri Panwa and Sala) ran more smoothly and better than we could have ever imagined. It is definitely a premium service and not a discount option, but I personally believe Take us to Thailand was worth every penny and would partner with Take us to Thailand if I had to do it again.
Anna and Rachel did all the heavy lifting: The first day was welcome drinks, the second day was a pool party, and the third day was the ceremony. Each event was meticulously planned and professional. We catered various food options, had three days of open bar and coconuts for recovery. All the guests had a great time and the photos/videos were magical.
The areas of improvement would be better coordination of the venue as it took two weeks to confirm. This is probably not Take us to Thailand’s fault but it was stressful to wait for confirmation and we weren’t sure if we got the date we wanted. Once we got the date, we had some stress to get hotel prices on the website, so there was panic to fill the room minimums. Finally, on the day of the wedding, the transport from bridal suite to ceremony was delayed and so the ceremony started later than expected and it got dark, so we weren’t able to take as many photos. If I had a crystal ball, I would move the scheduling thirty minutes earlier to account for this.
To conclude, I would still recommend Anna and Rachel. They are professional and trustworthy, as you should be worried if you were to send tens of thousands of dollars overseas. Rachel helped us save a ton of money on decorations as she knew which flowers would be most reasonable and walked us through all the cost savings options for decorations. Anna’s negotiations also helped waive a lot of unnecessary fees and found the best packages. This made Take us to Thailand worth every penny. Anna is organised and honest, giving us practical feedback when we needed to hear it the most. She also sent a hundred very detailed emails, helping us plan and execute the most important day of our life!
